Service has always been at the heart of Dez's work.
Rooted in early experiences of volunteerism and community leadership, she has spent decades supporting individuals experiencing significant life challenges through coaching, education, and advocacy.
Her humanitarian work has included volunteer leadership with the Tennessee Prison for Women, community initiatives supporting women in transition, international nonprofit partnerships, and coaching projects designed to build resilience, leadership, and hope.
